Terms & CONDITIONS

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly. By booking int a class at Good Moves Studio, you agree to the below terms and conditions as laid out on the Good Moves Studio website goodmovesstudio.com.au


GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Our Intro Offer of 5 classes (valid for 14 days) is only available to brand new clients. You can only purchase the introductory offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking.

2. A minimum of two people is required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email 2 hours prior to the start of class should it need to be cancelled and your session returned.

3. Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to class start time will forfeit that session. No-shows and absences will forfeit that session. Unlimited Members will incur a $20 No Show fee for all classes they’re marked absent for and a $15 Late Cancel fee for all classes cancelled within 4 hours of class.

4. Payment must be made prior to making a booking. All bookings are made via the Good Moves Studio app or the Good Moves Studio website.

5. Arriving at the start of class or after is considered late. If you’re late you forfeit the session and are considered a No Show. Empty reformers at the start of class will be given to our waitlisted or walk-ins clients.

6. Owners and/or teachers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and owners and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

7. If a class you want to book is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available you will receive an email and/or text letting you know you are in the class. You will be automatically moved from the waitlist up to 4 hour before class.

The cancellation policy is the same for waitlisted classes. If you cannot make it please cancel off the waitlist 4 hours before class so the next person on the list can take the spot.

8. Class Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date. 

9. Single class purchases are valid for 1 month from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable & are not transferable.

10. Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

11. Gift cards can be used for Pilates classes and product at Good Moves Studio. They are not redeemable for cash and are non transferable. Good Moves Studio does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final and in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or rescheduling classes need to be made as per the below Late Cancellation Policy prior to your class start time. Cancellations or rescheduling can only be made via the Good Moves Studio app or website. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email or social media.

INTRO OFFER, CLASS PACKS & 2 CLASS MEMBERSHIPS
Cancellations made more than 4 hours before class will get the session back
Late Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will forfeit the session.
No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session.
Arriving late is considered a no-show.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS
No Shows will incur a $20 fee
Late Cancels will incur a $15 fee.
Arriving late is considered a no-show.

WAITLISTS

If a class is full you can add yourself to the waitlist.
The waitlist will automatically move you into the class up to 4 hours before.

If you can no longer make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 4 hours before class.

If you are on a waitlist for a morning class, wake up and check if you got in or remove yourself from the waitlist before going to bed.

You won't be moved into a class less than 4 hours before it starts. Check the app to see if there is a spot available & book in.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All Memberships operate on a 7 day autopay schedule from the credit card stored in Momence (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).

2. Memberships will continue with scheduled autopays unless Good Moves Studio is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).

3. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 30 days prior to any change.

4. Unlimited Members will incur a $20 No Show fee for all classes they’re marked absent for and a $15 Late Cancel fee for all classes cancelled within 4 hours of class.

5. 2 Class Members will forfeit their class for all classes they’re marked absent for or cancel within 4 hours of class.

6. 2 Class Memberships have 2 classes to use every 7 days from the day of your payment schedule they do not roll over to the following week if unused. Extra classes can be booked at $18 a class.

7. If a membership payment fails the system will attempt to process it again for 2 more days. By the third day, if payment is still not successful all booked classes will be automatically cancelled and the membership will be suspended.


MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS

1. At least 1 weeks written notice before your next membership payment is required for membership pauses suspensions.

2. Suspensions are unlimited within reason and must line up with your payment schedule. Please email requests to info@goodmovesstudio.com.au


MEMBERSHIP TERMINATIONS

1. Good Moves Studio requires at least 1 weeks written notice to terminate membership. Please email request to info@goodmovesstudio.com.au

2. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.

3. Good Moves Studio may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.



PERSONAL AGREEMENT

I agree that Good Moves Studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Good Moves Studio or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Good Moves Studio does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Good Moves Studio staff member.
