Our classes.

We are firm believers that variety is the spice of life and it’s the reason why we offer 6 types of classes, across our 3 studios, 7 days a week!

We know that some days you really need to sweat it out, and other days you just wanna stretch and move your body in a way that feels good for you. Our goal is to help you feel the best that you can and support you in achieving your goals - whatever that looks like to you. 

You can expect to feel welcome and encouraged in all of our 45-minute classes, capped at 13 people a class so you always get the attention you deserve.

The best bit? We offer regular meditation & breathwork classes within our timetable to support your mental wellbeing, as we firmly believe time out and recovery are just as important as those endorphin-hitting strength classes.

  • Reformer Total

    Our signature class is everything we love about pilates: a full body workout on the reformer that will build strength and endurance as well as increase flexibility and balance.
    You’ll leave feeling energised, strong and focused (read: addicted).

    New to Pilates & Good Moves?
    This is the best class for your first session.

    Accessible to all levels and suitable for pre-natal.

  • Reformer Strength

    A powerful combination of strength and conditioning exercises to move your entire body fearlessly. Using the resistance of the reformer and weights, this class is designed to create long lasting strength and endurance from within.

  • Reformer Sweat

    It’s reformer pilates, dialled up a notch. This non-stop, feel-good workout incorporates strength and high intensity training on and off the reformer. This class will challenge you and is guaranteed to get the endorphins flowing. Expect to sweat.

    Accessible to all levels and suitable for pre-natal up to 20 weeks.

  • REFORMER STRETCH

    A recovery class focusing on increasing your flexibility & mobility. The perfect addition to your Good Moves schedule to slow down, stretch out and relax.

  • MEDITATE & CHILL

    Take some time out of the day just for you and be guided through the basics of breathwork and meditation. Learn practical skills to help you ease the stresses of day to day life and clear your mind.

    You will leave feeling calm, energised & focused.

    Accessible to all levels.

  • BYO BABY

    RETURNING IN 2025 ~ Bring your baby to Good Moves! A mums and bubs class tailored to post-natal bodies, so you can move and connect with other mums with your baby next to you.

    Once you have clearance from your doctor to exercise you are welcome to join and babies must be at least 6 weeks and not yet crawling.

    Please bring mat, bouncer or capsule for baby.
