Our first course commences on Friday March 28th to Friday May 26th 2025 (with a 2-week break for Easter). Join us for 6-weeks of high-intensity, full body workouts design to challenge you and increase your strength!

Through 6 x 50-minute classes each week, we are going to help you build your strength and increase your overall endurance. This course is designed for those ready to take their training to the next level. Two of our expert instructors will lead each carefully structured workout, providing in-depth guidance for mastering advanced techniques and optimising form for maximum benefit.

Eden is a senior member of our team and an expert instructor. In her role as Training and Development Manager, Eden supports and educates our team to ensure we are always up to date with new evidence and training techniques to bring you the best workout. She is also known to our Good Moves Community as our resident Sweet Assassin. She may look sweet, but she will put you through your paces!

Sam is a passionate instructor and brings a wonderfully infectious energy to our every single class that she teaches. Sam loves to build on layers in her classes and support every different body and skill level to achieve their goals - no matter what they may be.
