  • I'VE NEVER DONE PILATES, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

    Our classes are open to everyone no matter your experience or fitness level. Our talented instructors will give you options so you can progress & move at your own pace.

    We recommend booking the Reformer Total class for your first class and then trying the other styles.

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class so we can explain the reformers to you & get you set up for class.

    Our classes start right on time and the door is locked, late comers will not be allowed to join the class as it disrupts the experience of our other members in class.

    The minimum age is 16 to attend our classes.

  • HOW DO I BOOK & CANCEL A CLASS?

    Bookings can be made via the Good Moves Studio app, or the timetable page on our website.

    On the classes tab, click the filter icon at the bottom right of the Good Moves Studio app to choose Wollongong or Shellharbour studio before booking.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

    Please BYO towel & socks - these are compulsory for class.
    Grip socks are preferred and we sell them in the studio.
    Bring a water bottle, we have water available for you to fill it up.
    We have a toilet/change room.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES?

    On arrival please sanitise your hands.
    Reformers are spaced to allow for social distancing & cleaned with single use compostable antibacterial wipes after class.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

    If you can’t make it to your booking we ask that you cancel a minimum of 4 hours before on the Good Moves Studio app or website.

    This is to allow enough time for someone else to take your spot. Our cancellation policies are in place so everyone has access to classes & no one misses out!

    We do not accept cancellations via phone, email or social media.

  • HOW DO WAITLISTS WORK?

    If a class is full you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will be notified by email and/or text.

    If you can no longer make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 4 hours before class.

    If you are on a waitlist for a morning class, please wake up & check if you got in or remove yourself from the waitlist before you go to bed.

    You won’t be automatically moved into a class less than 4 hours before a class, check the app to see if a spot is available & book in.

  • CANCELLATION & NO SHOW FEES

    Intro Pass, Class Packs & 2 Class Members:
    Cancellations made more than 4 hours before class will get the session back
    Late Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will forfeit the session.
    No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session.
    Arriving late is considered a no-show.

    Unlimited Memberships:
    Late Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will incur a $15 fee.
    No shows will incur a $20 fee.
    Arriving late is considered a no-show.

    The cancellation policy is the same for waitlisted classes. If you cannot make it please cancel off the waitlist so the next person on the list can take the spot.

  • HOW DOES THE INTRO OFFER WORK?

    The Intro Offer is only available to first time clients.
    It is $50 for 5 classes to use over 14 days.

    Your intro offer will activate from your first class booking, not from the date of purchase.

    Once you have booked your first class you have 14 days to use it from that date. You will not be able to book classes prior to that date.

    To book classes on an earlier date than your first booking you will need to cancel your classes and rebook in order of the earliest date you would like to attend. This will update your activation date.

    The intro offer is only available for your very first purchase. If you purchase a single class or class pack first the intro offer will not be available anymore.

  • HOW DO I SIGN UP TO A MEMBERSHIP?

    You can purchase a membership via the Good Moves Studio app or the pricing page of our website.

    If you would like to change your current membership send us an email and we can update it for you.

  • HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

    We require at least 1 weeks written notice before your next payment is due to pause or terminate your membership.

    Pauses dates must be in line with your autopay payment schedule and for a minimum of 7 days.

  • I'M PREGNANT, CAN I COME TO A CLASS?

    We request that you have a chat to your doctor first and once you’ve been cleared to exercise by your doctor, you can join our classes.
    We can easily modify exercises to suit you, all our classes are suitable up to 20 weeks and Total, Strength & Stretch classes are suitable post 20 weeks.

  • DO YOU HAVE A CRECHE?

    We don’t have a creche and children are not allowed to be brought to the studio with you.
